What is sumo?

It's a simple game with simple rules:

Stay up and stay in! If you get pushed out of the circle or anything other than the soles of your feet touch the ground, you lose. Sumo is a very intuitive sport, but don't worry! There are plenty of techniques and positions to learn.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The first 3 sessions are free! After that there's a 20 dollar mat fee (I'd make it free forever but we gotta keep the lights on). I will not be profitting from this! All money collected will go to the space and if I can charge less money I will!

Why Sumo?

It's fun! It's a ton of fun and if you don't believe me come try it for yourself (and bring a friend, winner gets bragging rights)

Do I have to wear that silly-looking diaper?

While I think it looks cool and wearing it gives people access to more techniques, I will not force anyone to wear the mawashi. The only mandatory clothing is real underwear.
